Daily Training 12/13/16

Airbike: 5 minutes

BB Deadlift: 20(2×15), 50×5, 60×5, 70×5, 80(5×5)

BB Row: 60(4×12)

Hamstring Curl Machine/Lat Pulldown: “7”(4×10), 125lbs(2×10), 120lbsx10, 120lbsx7

Short one today as I had an ART appointment that I had to get to. Was surprised I was able to get all my reps on the rows, but disappointed I hit the wall on the lat pulldowns. Deadlifts were hard because my gut is so big it’s uncomfortable in the start position.
