Back Squat: 100(3×3)

RDL: 100(3×5)

BB Bench Press: 80(3×5)

Cable Lat Pulldown: 130(3×10)

BB Military Press: 55(3×5)

 

And the 5th:

Clean & Power Jerk: 20(2×3), 50×2, 60×1, 70×1, 75×1, 80×1, 85×1, 90×1, 95×1, 100×1

BB Goodmorning Unilateral: 35(3×5)

DB Row: 65(3×10)

Cable V-Handle Pulldown: 130(3×10)
