Daily Training 8/23/16

Clean & Power Jerk: 20(2×3), 60(2×1), 70×1, 80×1, 90×1, 100×1, 105×1, 110×1, 113×1 Felt very out of sorts. Cleans were terrible and all over the place.

BB Goodmorning unilateral: 43(3×5). Did these barefoot, which was much better than in Weightlifting shoes

DB Bench Press: 85lbx10, 85lbx8, 85lbx6

Cable V-handle Pulldown: 160lbs(3×8)

DB Row: 85lbs(3×5)
